- An initial deposit of 200 Euros is required and is returned once the house has been checked for breakages or other damage. The house is rented out clean and tidy and guests are expected it to leave it in the same condition. If this is not so, then the owners reserve the right to deduct 30 Euros from the deposit to pay for cleaning. This service may be available on request.

- If you want to book the house, 50% of the total cost must be deposited in the above account and the receipt sent by fax to the owners. The booking cannot be considered final until this is carried out. The rest of the total cost plus the deposit must be paid in the same way before the keys are handed over.

- If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before the occupation date the reservation fee will not be returned.


Rules

- It is absolutely prohibited to have barbecues or light any other fires or  fireworks outside the house. The risk of forest fires is very high.

- The swimming pool is for private use and guests use it under their own responsibility. The owners are not responsible for any injuries or accidents suffered by people or animals during use of the pool.

- The owners of the property are not responsable for the state of the roads or tracks or for the weather conditions which may affect them.

- Neither are they responsable for any injury or accidents which suffered by people or animals either inside or outside the house and its grounds

- Pets can only be allowed on the ground floor of the house
